This is the cheapest made dress and the UGLIEST dress I have ever worn in my life. I am embarrassed to wear this as a bridesmaid. I cannot believe this was $130. It does not even fit right and it feels like it’s straight from SHEIN.

My dress arrived and the back bustle is missing. I am the matron of honor and I needed the feature. It is the reason I picked this specific dress. I have written to customer service and have not heard a response back.

Cute dress! It definitely needs a good steam, but otherwise it’s great. I usually wear a size medium, but I’m so glad I ordered the small. For reference, I’m 5’8”, and the slit hits at the perfect height—not too high. The length is also great and doesn’t look too short on me.

I ordered dresses for my daughter and myself for my sons upcoming wedding. My daughter's dress was damaged (snag on chest area of a chiffon gown / damaged packaging). I ended up changing colors and styles. (love my final choice). Each time I had contact with the customer service department it was a pleasant experience. Everything was handled smoothly, they kept me informed, all within our timeline. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality dress at a great price.

(5’1, 140lbs) ordered a size medium Michelle- Too long by an inch or two, too tight. Can’t move up to a size large, because it will be extremely long and too saggy in the bust. Will need to have alterations done.

Measurements per the sizing guide said to go with a medium. When it arrived it was to big on me. I'll have to get it tailored cause I'm short but be warry of the size guide. My normal size is a small, and I would have fit better in a small (regardless of the measurements). So trust your gut when ordering. My biggest issue was the delivery! They delivered it to a random side of my house and not at the door, which cause me to believe that it was not delivered. Quality of the material and color are good. Material is not thick and probably would not be suited for a winter or fall wedding. Very flattering style.

I have used Birdy grey many times as a bridesmaid and have had lovely experiences. I also recently got married and choose Birdy grey. Although, my recent order for my friends wedding was not great. The dress came so incredibly wrinkled. It’s hard to even see what the dress should like when it’s tried on. It is kind of disheartening to pay the price and have this custom order dress and have it come in looking like this. if I was able to attach photos to this review, I would. My local alteration place was in complete shock of what this dress looked like.

Did not arrive on time despite constant communication with their customer service. I ordered on Monday expecting it on Friday with the rush delivery. I needed it for a Saturday.

I ended up getting it on Monday. Customer service team was good but I felt like the supposed 24-48 processing window fell short as if it was true to the advertising of that window I would have gotten it on time.

The fitting is good though. The pants are a lil large since I’m in between sizes and decided to go the larger route. I’m not sure what to do with the suit at this point tbh. I needed it for an occasion that has now passed, but I still wanted to try it on to see if it’s something I can wear for a future event. They offered full refund for a return but haven’t come to a decision quite yet.

The material for the clothes is considered on the lower end imo but doesn’t look or feel low quality. When compared to similar priced clothing you can find at local stores IF you were shopping only for yourself I wouldn’t go this route at all. If you need to buy for multiple people with same coloring and so on then this definitely makes sense, and would recommend in that scenario.

Website measurements are WRONG! Dress came way too big. It was impossible to get a human to answer the phone. Chat feature is automated. Got myself through the return process. Somehow guaranteed 3-6 day delivery (from a robot) on the new dress even though it’s made to order. First one took 4 weeks.

So disappointed that sippers isn’t not good tha dress it was so wrinkle super disappointed

I love using Birdy Grey for my important moments in life or just to lounge. There products are well made, fit perfectly and the customer service is beyond amazing. I ordered the wrong color for my daughters junior bridesmaid dress and they exchanged it for me at no extra charge. They did not have to do that. I was very thankful! I highly recommend using them. They are great!

Everything went great, the dress it’s perfect. I sizes down and fits amazing. I’m short and don’t even need to fix the dress. Very happy with this dress

I am extremely disappointed with this dress. I ordered the correct size, but the skirt has an unbelievable amount of excess fabric.
