Was finding it difficult to book a flight as I needed to break the journey.

First-time user of this travel agency. Initially, I was really hesitant to book with them due to a terrible experience with a similar agency a few years ago where I was scammed out of a considerable amount of money. However, things took a turn when they shared a link and I started learning more about their services.

I'm glad I gave them a chance. Using their link helped me understand their operations better. If you're like me and have had past travel booking nightmares, I'd say don't judge too soon. This agency seems to be doing things right.

Would I recommend? Based on this first experience, yes. They seem legit and handled things professionally once I engaged through the link. Of course, as with any travel booking, do your due diligence.

Steve was very helpful, patient, he spent lot of time with us . Gave us a ticket at reasonable price. He he reassured us to contact him if there is any problem .

5 stars to Russell who personally not only gave me great unbiased advice on tickets...but also worked late to ensure changes I required to the dates were also incorporated. Can't thank him enough for always being available. I will definitely use Bird Voyage in the future and recommend to family and friends. Thanks again!
