Batch the notifications

It is nice to be notified of birds landing on the feeder but would be more convenient if the notices could be saved and sent every 2-3 hours. It gets annoying when an alert comes every 10 minutes.

Nice feeder but it has a fatal flaw…

I got the camera last Christmas for my wife who enjoys it very much. The issue I have is with plastic seed cover supplied with the feeder. I repaired it twice before I found that you sell a metal replacement for $25. I don't understand why it doesn't come with the metal one installed with the feeder since the plastic piece is nearly useless. I would appreciate a reply of possible. Thank you

Order a solar panel for my Birdfy…

Order a solar panel for my Birdfy birdhouse because I put the house up last Saturday. Male bluebird started making the nest Sunday. Wednesday the female laid her first egg. We now have 5 blue eggs. By this time the battery was at 32%. I didn’t want to miss seeing them hatch and didn’t want to disturb the babies by having to open and get the camera to charge. Very easy to install. Only took less than 10 minutes. Can’t wait.

Love my feeder as do my feathered…

Love my feeder as do my feathered friends! I so enjoy seeing those bashful birds at the feeder such as the occasional parrot. Daily visitors include cardinals, chickadees, tufted titmouse, all varieties of woodpeckers, finches and sparrows, blue jays, crows..... all stop by for a nibble. The Perch is readily accessible and accommodates all. Including the occasional squirrel 🫩.

Terrible customer service

The set up and initial operation were fine, but since then customer service has disappeared. I originally was able to chat with a person, then it switched to a bot, now it says unable to load chat after several attempts over days. Email has not been returned. I finally called the number and it said no one can take your call, try again later. I'm hoping they will see this review and take action.4.14 Update. As noted by others, the Birdfy response ignores my complaint. I can't get a response from Customer Support; email is not returned, chat doesn't work (not that I want a generic AI Bot response), and every time I call, it says can't take the call, email us or call again. Reducing to one star. I don't even have a product issue, just some follow-up questions. How hard is it to answer a question?

I decided to go exclusively with Birdfy…

I decided to go exclusively with Birdfy feeders and cameras. The video quality is truly amazing. The feeders are sturdy and smartly designed. Customer service responds quickly and works to thoroughly address whatever the customer needs. I will continue to use Birdfy feeders. I started with 1 feeder and I am now up to 14, and I give them as gifts now too.
