Total scam, fake products and credit card scammers. They charged my credit card unlawfully 3 times in 3 months. I contacted them and gave them the benefit of doubt and asked for a refund. I received a reply telling me they had cancelled my account at my request (which I didn't, not at this stage) to prevent this happening again. No mention of a refund. I had cancelled my credit card before contacting them otherwise they would have robbed me again. They belong behind bars. Stay well away, their crap doesn't work anyway

This site is totally scam. They did not issue any order confirmation but charged expensive price which was not shown site and no reply to inquiry. Then sent item with other item which unknown together. You will lose money and time to claim your refund to your credit card company.

Do not use this company. I ordered 1 bottle for a cost of £49.95 and they debited my account for £176 and set up a monthly membership too. Within minutes of placing the order I requested to cancel the order. They emailed back 2 days later in French stating it was too late to cancel as the order had been processed and that I would need to send the order back at my own cost and that they would let me know when the items were shipped. I have asked them not to ship. Total scam. Steer clear of them

Still waiting on a refund from these people,14 day refund is the law but not honoring that at all.Do not order from them,they are a scam company and will take a lot more money from your account than you agree...

My understanding of this BioTrim lab organization is that a bunch of criminally minded people has gathered together and used the internet to fool and cheat people. They have taken 2177 Swedish krona from my account and have not delivered anything. Yes I have already notified the police but I want people not to be fooled by them anymore. Be wear of them!!!

Bought my order at the beginning of 2020 and still have not received it. This is a scam

I have brought their products with my frd for a month but the tracking message they give me is as follow and that’s all...I still haven’t get anything. I think I might have to pay back my frd...Anyone know what shipping company they use

BIOTRIM Labs is a scam. Do not use them or be sucked in by their web site. They will take your money and run. The other responses/messages below are correct. I have been scammed.

I ordered products from Biotrim on June 4th, 2020. I received an email with a tracking reference number - the courier company WPDS says "it arrived at destaination" on June 23rd - I didn't receive anything. I subsequently emailed Biotrim to find out what happened and, not surpisingly, received no reply from them. And I've told my credit card company to refuse any further payment requets - just in case! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them - they are con artists! I wonder will they comment on this review?

They used my name, image to fake a support for their product. This is pure fraud.

Biotrimlab is a cheater/fake company, I don't have got my product testoultra product from this company,on march 2017. Worth Rs. ten thousand , I haven't got testoultra product till January 2020. If you not a cheater then send me my product.

I placed an order to the amount of more than R2000. That was way back in May. To this day I haven't received my order. There is only an automated response when you e-mail them to enquire, you can't communicate with anyone from them. Guys please watch out, this is a scam.

Very bad customer experience, i paid 170 usd for 6 packs of testoultra as an offer from their official website but i received only 3 packs out of the 6. L contacted their customer support with no action. The order confirmation number i received TestoUltra Confirmation (#77001AD07B) (#3B600-DD0D0). They do not care about their clients, they litrelly steal your money.

This is criminal.

Don't trust them, they are cheating. You see on the result who unreliable they are.

How can we stop this company from inflicting more injuries to the communities? This company is absolutely a scammer,can somebody stop it from making fraudulent acts so not to victimize more innocent people like us! Biotrim you suck!

I ordered TestoUltra January 2018. After numerous email and complaints I just keep getting the same answer. "WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVIENCE"
I even requested a refund and nothing.
Today I had a lengthy online chat with them to just tell me they cant refund my money as its over a year now.
So to anyone wanting to buy a product from Biotrim Labs be very careful as you may be left short changed and no product.
I am disgusted that there businesses still out there that do people in.
My final answer I received from them was "Thats to the extent of my capability on helping you. Thank you for chatting with us today. Have a nice day ahead. Bye"

I have ordered TestoUltra online on 2nd Jan 2019. On site it shows your order is conformed but till now no conformation mail or SMS. I have written to BioTrim Labs on support biotrimlabs.com email id and got automating mail to wait for 10 to 14 business days. But now it's been 15 days and no conformation. Now I have tried reaching them out over billing biotrimlabs.com, and questions biotrimlabs.com. But not getting any response.
Looks like they are cheaters and I lost my 10005 Rs. .

Request all other don't buy any of their products online. They will just deduct money and won't deliver product.

They are scammers, said around $4.95, $144 was taken from my account, I did not authorise this amount, they are theiving criminals. Beware of them and tell all your friends to stay clear of these people.

It is the worst and most tricky of the companies I know, I am waiting 4 months ago the pills that I bought and they do not arrive yet. Be careful, they have another dirty trap in where you can end up affiliated with fixed monthly charges. Absolute thieves ! They have so interesting products so it is not necessary trick they costumers.
