I should have done back ground check first. However, while I was placing the order before any confirmation. They tried three deductions and one of R3000 went through. Don't even try opening thier website or anything with thier name if you don't want to be part of scammed people.

Notified by bank of suspicious card activity, then received tablets by mail that were not ordered. Never heard of the company nor product and would not have bought it - do not need to lose weight! Bank is pursuing a refund.

I received a suspect membership email followed by a fraud on my CC and then a mail of supplements. No return call and chat bot is kept saying I ordered the goods but could not prove anything. Watch your Credit Card! They are also not removing my personal details from their records.

I received emails from this company with my account details and confirmation of two orders, but I did not create an account with them or make any orders. I checked their website and it looks legitimate so I emailed them to cancel the unauthorize orders. They also billed my credit card without authorization, this will be cancelled through my bank. If I had checked the reviews first I would not have wasted my time in trying to cancel the orders as it seems the company is a scam.

I was originally Dissapointed when my tracking no was invalid and my email to the co bounced back saying invalid, but my product showed up today,

BioTrim Labs should be blocked, banned and I do not know what else to prevent them from dealing on the internet world wide. They are definitely a scam company as I have been scammed out of a lot of money without receiving any money back or receiving my ordered products. Please be aware of these heartless, ruthless scammers.

I am giving them one star because you can't leave a review without it.
My husband ordered one bottle of TestoUltra, but was charged for and received six. We sent them back to the Singapore address on their website, but the package has been sitting in the post office for over a month.
Repeated emails to the company go unread, they are not reading the part where I tell them to collect them from the post office. They only offer a 50% discount.
I have written many emails, but I am not getting our refund.

What annoys me most is the excellent reviews of their product. I should have guessed something was wrong when I rang up to find out what had happened to my order but had difficulty conversing with the guy because of the noise of roosters in the background.

All I got from the chat was a repeat email thanking me for my order and that the goods would take 15-21 working days (again). Yeah right....

Absolute scam! Preying on people who need and want to lose weight. I hate these pretend companies, I only wish Facebook, google and others would stop advertising them. It’s crazy. DO NOT do business with these scammers!

Today I have resolved myself that I have been scammed and that I am never going to see the product or my refund. Please don't be scammed like the rest of here.

Raised a dispute through my bank, provided all the info I had and just received a Visa merchant resolved dispute for the total $$ these scammers took 2.5 months ago …
My recommendations:
1. Email Biotrim to clearly request a refund based upon having received no product whatsoever
2. Biotrim seem to autogenerate responses that only delay the process as you hope they will process the refund
3. Keep all emails and just keep stating you want a full refund
4. Call your bank to lodge a chargeback dispute and then give them all the info you have (screenshots, emails, screen dumps of that online account thing, etc.)
5. Leave it to your bank and don’t communicate any further with Biotrim

Good luck to you all and don’t give up … it’s your money and you deserve it have it returned.

They fooled me into believing it was Australian money then they overcharged my credit card. I don’t have a receipt for the product I bought and I don’t have the product after three months. Definitely fraudulent. Don’t buy from them.

I have informed the police a d my bank so that if they try again they won't get another penny off me!!! There has to be some kind way that we c as n get our money back??? Anyone got any ideas??? I order a product in May 2021 and they advised shipping of 14-21 days. Today is 21 October 2021.

I have been emailing them and trying to call them with no success, I just get the same response (14-21 days) - even in different languages.

I purchased 6 bottles of testosterone tone from them, tried to cancel my order 10 minutes later after I realized that the cost was$318, not $44, i sent them emails every day the never returned my emails, until 6 days later, telling me I am to late the order was already in there system, what a money grabbing company they are and recommend not to deal with them.iv been trying to contact them no good,phone number won't go through, bad news

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM….PLEASE READ THIS COMMENT PLEASE, BIOTRIM LABS are scammers, your products will never arrive and it is very likely that they will take money from your credit card again, please this entity will only steal your money, I know because I'm living this scam, I am looking for a way to get to the government to expose them, the thousands of people who have been affected by this "Industry" are impressive numbers, We are talking about a lot of money that has been awarded thanks to naive people like us, and I cannot allow this to continue and do nothing about it, because it is not a small amount that was stolen from me.

Attention!! Total scam! You think you are receiving a free gift with another purchase....the Company name changes a few times during payment. Warned by the bank unusual movement on my account!

Total scam and wish I read the reviews before entering my card details. I didn't even click complete but they took money out of my card. I requested refund seconds after I realised they've charged my card but I got an email letting me know that the order has been processed and shipped yet I haven't received a shipping confirmation. What a load of crap
