Subscriptions are optional and are presented at checkout with a clear “Save 20% with automatic refills – shipped every month, cancel anytime” message. Customers can also manage or cancel their subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscription” portal on our website.
That said, we completely understand your concern if this was not clear during your purchase or if you did not realise an account and subscription had been created at checkout. We’re sorry for any confusion this has caused, especially when you were simply trying to try a product in good faith.
Regarding cancellation access, subscriptions can always be cancelled by the customer directly via the account portal. If you’re having trouble accessing the link you were sent, that is something we want to fix for you immediately, we can manually assist and ensure your subscription is stopped so no further orders are processed.
