Be careful of dealing with these people,firstly they are in the usa secondly they automatically sign you up for repeat orders which seem difficult to cancel.l will contact my bank.

Having finally received my turmeric…

Having finally received my turmeric order, which was considerably delayed, the QR code on the packaging directed me to information about bullets and ballistic parts. It is the same on all five tubs. Obviously I am looking further into this. I have tried to contact bioroot labs on several occasions and have received no reply. I can only conclude that this is a scam website. Do not order from here.

I placed an order with Biorootlab

I placed an order with Biorootlabs but cancelled it within 5mins as I realised the misleading order process lead you to subscribe which I didn’t want. I received an email advising me the cancellation had been done and I would receive a refund! Instead they sent the order and took 40.99 from my bank account. The order arrived and I emailed to advise I wanted to return it, several emails later and not one reply from the company I decided to conclude my business with this company I would have to keep an order I did not want. I warn anybody ordering off this company the customer service is shocking and they are very misleading when you place any orders, I guess it’s their way of conning you into subscribing. I would conclude that I wouldn’t advise anybody to order from this company going off the experience I have had.

Do NOT buy from this company

I have repeatedly tried to get a refund of £45.55p taken without authority from my account..I did NOT subscribe to continued orders.
I have received the same computer generated response each tjme I ask for my refund but no monies have been returned.
I will NOT be using this product in the future as a result of this situation.
It is a great shame as I have found the supplements beneficial and Turmeric was recommended to me by my
NHS physiotherapist .
I will use a different brand in future as I cannot afford to have large amounts of money taken from my account and not returned.
I have no confidence in your so called customer service and would advice others to be vigilant and to check bank accounts.
I will be contact Trading Standards to highlight the dishonourable practice of this company and enlist their help to get my money back.

fake order made

I ordered some tumeric tablets which turned up, however they issued another ordrr and took the money. I have never had an issue with other companies doing this kind of thing, so be very careful if you order from them

Just in the few days that I started I have more energy. I think I’m going to be able to sleep longer at night with fewer interferences. I don’t need to nap during the day. So far so good.

I have tried contacting bioroots labs concerning an order for turmeric, which I may have unknowingly subscribed to. I intended to order one time, three bottles. The following month, April 19, I was charged for and sent another order. I’d like to cancel any further shipments. Please notify me when it has been cancelled.

No credibility

Company auto confirms orders the day they ship without allowing customer to withhold or change order.
When attempting to cancel, the company had the audacity to charge a $21 cancel fee

Orders are not automatically confirmed on the day of shipping without customer awareness. At checkout, customers actively select their purchase type, including subscription options where applicable, and order confirmations are sent immediately after purchase so all details can always be reviewed well in advance of fulfilment.

Regarding cancellations, subscriptions can be managed directly by the customer at any time through the customer portal by selecting the “Manage Subscription” tab at the top of the website. This gives full control to pause, edit, or cancel future shipments before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription is cancelled, no further orders are generated or shipped.

We also want to clarify that we do not charge any cancellation fees. Customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.

I like the product a lot, however….

I like the product a lot. Occasionally I do get indigestion/heartburn from the capsules. With the auto ship I have received too much stock and had to skip a few months delivery to catch up.

QR code for Bullets???

QR code for Bullets???

I purchased one bottle of the turmeric and after seeing other reviews I have cancelled any possible future payments they might take. I checked the “batch label” and scanned the QR code and it brought me to a website to buy hammer bullets for a gun????
Will not be consuming this product. Stay away and be warned!

I want to add pictures so you can all seeehay happens when I scan the QR Code but I cannot find an option to upload

Poor Customer Service and Uncertain Benefits

Firstly, I'm not sure if Bioroot Labs have rebranded as 'Elm & Herb' - identical packaging. Secondly, delivery to the UK and Customer Service is not great. Having written a number of times, it would appear that Customer Services is AI, not real people. Because of delivery issues and lack of continuity I took another supplement Carecumin whilst I waited for my new supply to arrive. I didn't notice any real difference between the effectiveness of the two different products. Thirdly, everything about the Biorootlabs product suggests it would deliver a significant difference in reducing inflation. However, after a year of almost continuous use (delivery issues aside), I have not really noticed that much of a difference.

I was unable to take the Tumeric/Black Pepper supplement due to issues it caused with my digestive system, specifically acid reflux.
I had opted for the 2nd bottle offer at half price with my original purchase. Since it was still unopened I requested to return it. However, since I had to pay for shipping, it ended up not being worth it. THEN, I soon received another bottle in the mail, as I unknowingly was setup for a subscription with the original purchase. So I ended up returning both bottles and was in communication via email the whole time regarding the return, their receipt of the return, etc. STILL NO REFUND after 15 days of their receiving the product back. AND they have been TOTALLY GHOSTED my email requests for status. THEY ARE SCAMMERS THROUGH AND THROUGH!!!

It's a scam

The wife ordered one test bottle. It took ages to arrive then today she was charged again under a subscription that she wasn't aware of. The bank has now put a block on her card as the company won't let you cancel either by email or the app.
