Firstly, I'm not sure if Bioroot Labs have rebranded as 'Elm & Herb' - identical packaging. Secondly, delivery to the UK and Customer Service is not great. Having written a number of times, it would appear that Customer Services is AI, not real people. Because of delivery issues and lack of continuity I took another supplement Carecumin whilst I waited for my new supply to arrive. I didn't notice any real difference between the effectiveness of the two different products. Thirdly, everything about the Biorootlabs product suggests it would deliver a significant difference in reducing inflation. However, after a year of almost continuous use (delivery issues aside), I have not really noticed that much of a difference.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I was unable to take the Tumeric/Black Pepper supplement due to issues it caused with my digestive system, specifically acid reflux.
I had opted for the 2nd bottle offer at half price with my original purchase. Since it was still unopened I requested to return it. However, since I had to pay for shipping, it ended up not being worth it. THEN, I soon received another bottle in the mail, as I unknowingly was setup for a subscription with the original purchase. So I ended up returning both bottles and was in communication via email the whole time regarding the return, their receipt of the return, etc. STILL NO REFUND after 15 days of their receiving the product back. AND they have been TOTALLY GHOSTED my email requests for status. THEY ARE SCAMMERS THROUGH AND THROUGH!!!

The wife ordered one test bottle. It took ages to arrive then today she was charged again under a subscription that she wasn't aware of. The bank has now put a block on her card as the company won't let you cancel either by email or the app.

Ordered one off. Then told I had a subscription. They told me to cancel on portal. I couldn't, only skip. They agreed via email to stop. Then sent me another and told me it was my fault since I hadn't cancelled on portal. I thought it was inefficient but now believe these people are dishonest, don't use.

Please do not buy from this company. I also only ordered one pack of tablets and now see I have been charged for 2 and have had to stop anymore payments via my credit card. I hope this will stop anymore payments. Waiting to here with regards my subscription cancellation.

After trying a few different approaches without much success, I decided to give these supplements a try. Over time, I started to notice a difference in my joint comfort and mobility, especially in the mornings. While they haven’t completely eliminated the pain, they’ve made it much more manageable and improved my day-to-day routine.
Overall, I’m glad I found something that helps, and I plan to continue using them as part of my routine.

I had to wait several weeks for my order to be delivered. Then a week later I received an email advising that my next order had been despatched. I did NOT KNOWINGLY sign up for a subscription. I checked with Paypal and they'd taken a second payment from my account. When I queried this with the company and told them I do NOT want a subscription they gave me a link so I could "manage" my subscription. After being sent from link to link I arrived at that page - only to discover there is no way of cancelling subscriptions. I emailed them and asked them to simply cancel my subscription and was told that they can't do that. I have cancelled my Paypal payments and complained to Paypal about the company. I haven't even tried the capsules yet as I've been ill and taking meds for that - and there is no way that I want three massive tubs of capsules sent to me every month at a cost of £40.99. I wish I'd read the reviews before I got drawn into ordering from this company.

The Smell is not great but barrable. I take my one three times a day but not sure about taking all three at once.

I ordered a product from them it did finally arrive but it was a one off order not a monthly subscription.
The following month they took money out of my account without my permission even though it is clear I do not have a subscription.
I contacted customer services all I got was an AI response .
The customer service phone number is no longer in use .
The only way I can stop them taking more money is to contact my bank .
Do not use this company
The reply is as expected it says nothing .
I checked the portal and as I suspected there was no subscription connected with my email address . I sent a screenshot of this to customer services and received an AI response saying they would need to look into it further .
Since then I have emailed several times with no response .
I have to change my card number to stop anymore unauthorised payments from my account all this for a bottle of turmeric !!!!!

I was a wee bit skeptical at first but I had to try something. I had to use both banisters to help me go up and down stairs and I could “ feel” my knees with every step. I have been taking the capsules and following the rules for a month now and I am astounded at the results so far. No more banisters needed!!!!! I am absolutely thrilled. I will continue with the program . I love that the company continues to check in with me offering encouragement and great tid bits of information.

I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I am choosing to continue this conversation on Trustpilot as it seems to be the only way to get a response from this totally dysfunctional company. You have processed a refund for me (many, many months too late) and yet completely ignored the fact that you have just billed me a second time for a repeat order, even though I cancelled this many, many months ago. You have sorted half or the problem so far!!! but I am still owed a further refund. It is almost impressive how bad your customer service is - you must have to work really hard to get it this wrong :(

I ordered ONE bottle of pure Turmeric from BioRoot Labs. I received it and started taking it as directed. In a couple of weeks I got a notice from PAYPAL that my account had been charged for another bottle of Turmeric from BioRoot. I immediately (within minutes) contacted both PayPal and BioRoot informing them I did not order a 2nd bottle. Long story short, I was not successful in receiving a refund but I did get assurance my name had been removed from any future mailing list, order, etc. Looking at various reviews of BioRoot it seems as though a 2nd unrequested shipment is not an unusual event. I was equally, if not more disappointed in PayPal when they didn't reverse the charge after I immediately notified them. By the way, I can't tell any difference after taking the entire bottle of pure turmeric from BioRoot Lab. I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to feel or not feel.

Dishonest company, avoid, I would never sign up to a subscription for a product like this without seeing what it was like first, the ordering process is therefore at best misleading and at worst a scam, that the company despite multiple complaints doesnt see as a problem, my initial order took over a month to arrive and I’ve just been charged for my second order despite an email over a week ago asking them to confirm that I didn’t have a subscription, I received no reply.
