Poor experience
Poor experience, wrong burner delivered two times. New one is different than in website site installation still ongoing to confirm all is okay and expected after holidays period.

High quality fireplace & great support
I bought a bioethanol fireplace burner with the intention of inserting it into my coffee table. I have little DIY experience, but I was offered extensive support, advising on how and what materials to build with.
The fireplace I bought is high quality, and designed by the owner himself. You can't really find something like this anywhere else.
