VERY dissapointing
The installation itself looks fine, but the overall experience was VERY disappointing.
The company “forgot” our confirmed booking — the agreed date and time was confirmed at least three times, including the day before. Despite this, when they came a week later, the team still arrived very late (after 11:30am - we were told between 9 -10am - this delay caused them to finish at 20:00 and rush the clean up due to wanting to leave), which disrupted our day and caused them to rush and not pay attention to important details.
Plastering was sprayed all over our walls and outside on our pavinf infront of our door (White marks were left all over our entrance.), including a feature wall, and not wiped off. We were told to clean it after a few days (this was their job to do immediately actually), but it does not come off and now needs scraping and repainting (again, this is a feauture wall).
The rubbish they were supposed to dispose of was left behind for us to remove, including the torn box (which we should have been able to keep due to the warranty, full of waste. Items we paid for were also left behind in the box without explanation. So, technically if they did their job and took the waste, we would not have gotten it.
While we are accommodating people, the workers asked my wife twice to make them coffee while we were extremely busy, which was uncomfortable and disrespectful.
Although the installation itself is fine, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and mess left behind made this a very unpleasant experience. I regret paying in full upfront and would not have chosen this company had I known this would be the outcome.
