I bought some bio and me nice and nutty gluten free instant porridge. I noticed when I poured the hot water in the smell was rather unpleasant akin to vomit. I thought it may have just been the packaging and decanted it into a bowl. The smell however remained and there was an unpleasant aftertaste possibly due to the amount of sweetener in it, it was completely unpalatable for me and I won't purchase again. I cannot recommend this product.

Worst customer service. Like another customer I ordered the gluten free apple spiced porridge pots. They all came bashed and opened with porridge all over the box and totally unusable. They have not responded to me and I’m not sure they ever will. DO NOT ORDER.

I've always been a big fan of Bio & Me and their products. In particular, I have been buying their Gluten Free Spiced Apple porridge pots. Unfortunately, recently when I have ordered them direct from the site, there have been a number of the pots that have opened, through being bashed about. This has got to the point where I'm having to empty the cardboard box, that surrounds the pots, of porridge. Luckily I have a place where I can safely store them, without more porridge escaping.

The most annoying thing recently however, was when I was asked to fill out one of their surveys, for which I would receive a 30% discount. I went to the trouble of filling out the survey (surveys are not something I find very easy), for which I was told I'd earned the discount. The problem was they'd attached the discount code to the end of the survey and no sooner had I clicked off it, the discount code disappeared. I had expected that they would ping the code over to my email, but it never came. I can't find it from the survey, as it says I've already completed it. I went on to email the company twice and left a phone message, only to find no response. The company have still managed to bombard me with emails, telling me that I left items in my basket (which I was waiting to buy with my discount), but they still haven't managed to respond to my email.

I'm very disappointed, as I really like their porridge. It seems their customer service is non existent, or at least very poor. Definitely not impressed!

Bought 2 packets of granola from Waitrose - berries and super seedy and both were delicious. I think some people are just accustomed to filling their faces full of sugar and find naturally sweetened products less palatable but I thought they were both really nice. Bit expensive at their full price, but around the same as a good loaf of sourdough which is what I would normally have for breakfast. This fills you for longer.

Avoid this product, it's tasteless..
I started to eat more healthy at the beginning of 2025, when I came across the cocoa and nut granola, I thought it would give me a taste of chocolate without the guilt, totally not worth it, it's got no flavour if anything let alone chocolate and at 4quid they should be ashamed it's a terrible product

Hard like stone

I’m on a diet and I’m very careful about how much sugar I consume, trying to eliminate it as much as possible. I used to have five doughnuts and a milkshake for breakfast, but now I usually have a banana and kefir. I bought BIO&Me natural kefir for the first time and was shocked when I tasted it, it was surprisingly sweet. I checked the label and saw that the sugar content was 7%. Just to put this in perspective, sugary Coca-Cola has 8%. What they’re doing is nothing more than adding sugar to make people addicted to their product. It’s really sad to see a company that claims to be healthy and care about people actually filling their products with sugar. I will never buy their products again, that’s for sure.

Wish I'd checked the negative reviews here before buying this granola. It was on offer at Morrisons so thought it worth trying. The Super Seedy & Nutty packet I chose is inedible. It's very hard and clearly stale although has a best before date of Dec 2025. I'm worried some parts are so hard they would damage my teeth. So it's been binned and put £3 down to bad experience. Avoid.

Can't beat Super Berry Granola. Full of decent nutty clusters and bursting with fruit. Healthy, satisfying and keeps me full throughout the day.

The porridge pots contain a wonderful blend of oats, mixed seeds, fruits, etc. Really tasty and has a wonderful texture. It was easy to prepare and tasted nice. It was quite filling as well. Best food for the cold. Recommended.

Ordered before Christmas EVRI the courier sent me a message saying delivery was delayed . Heard nothing so checked with EVRI who said contact buyer as delivery was over 5 days and ask for a refund or resend order

Contacted firm numerous times sent them screenshots from EVRI no response re my
order. Will never order from them again . No refund

I’ve been a loyal Bio & Me customer for over six months, receiving 6-8 boxes of granola monthly via subscription. However, my recent experience with the Cashew and Almond granola has left me deeply disappointed. Both boxes tasted stale and synthetic, and I ended up discarding over 80% of the product after trying just one portion.

When I reported the issue, I provided all the requested details and photos promptly. In return, I received an apology and 4x £1 vouchers as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, these vouchers cannot be used together, meaning only £1 off per box. This doesn’t apply to my subscription anyway, so I was essentially told to spend more money to benefit from the resolution.

A quick glance at Trustpilot shows multiple negative reviews echoing similar concerns about product quality. It’s disappointing that my experience aligns with these recurring issues, and the resolution offered felt inadequate given the circumstances.

Bio & Me products are usually of a high standard, but I sincerely hope the company reconsiders how it addresses customer complaints and ensures the quality of its products matches its reputation moving forward.

It can be hard to pin down cause and effect when it comes to health. But I can say with some certainty that my digestive wellbeing, and in turn my mental health, has improved since I began eating Bio&Me cereal for breakfast a couple of years ago. And for that I'm very grateful.

Extremely short dated within a month!!! Can't get in touch with anyone. Sent emails, social media messages. No one is responding.

I have not liked any product so far:
- cocoa and hazelnut granola
- toffee porridge
- apple and cinnamon porridge

The granola is very stale. These all taste bitter. The seeds are unpleasant in the porridge.

If you have any taste buds, steer clear!

Bought 2 different packets of this from Asda, both were stale & off. I notified them via Facebook & to be fair they came back quickly, but were completely uninterested to have it back & find out what was wrong.

They sent 2 replacement boxes (Cashew & Almond), one was just about ok. The second I opened the other day, it was OK for a few days, but since being open it's gone really stale tasting this morning.

The Cashew & Alomd really is the most hardcore uninteresting granola we've ever bought of tasted. I don't want anymore replacements!! The berry one which was stale too, tastes completely synthetic. Never again!

I bought the vanilla kefir yogurt and was excited by the fact that it says no sugar. I don't like sweet things particularly and sugar, obviously, won't help anyone restore their gut biome. This yogurt or kefir (which is it?) is so sweet, it's vile, and it begs the question what is in it exactly? I don't think I trust it

Bio and Me kefir live yoghurt Mango..truly delicious

This has got to be one of the most delicious Vanilla Kefir yoghurt's I've tasted. For someone like myself who avoids sugar, but likes a little sweetness, this is perfect. The makers of this live cultured kefir yoghurt have also been very clever by including Chicory Root, which is a pre-biotic. Works in perfect harmony with the pro-biotic live culture.

I decided to try Bio&Me Yoghurt and was very disappointed. It gave me really bad indigestion. I tried it for three days to see if it was a one off but it wasn't. I looked at the ingredients and found that chicory roots were added to the Yoghurt. Why? Yoghurt should be a pure dairy product.
There was a lovely smell of Vanilla when I opened the pot however the Vanilla taste did not come through in the taste. The taste was unusual and not pleasant at all. My partner agreed with me. Well, I'm sticking with known brands from now on. I did complain but it seems the company has no customer support.
