I have always had such bad heartburn, switched the morning coffee for Bio&Me kefir drink, and really noticing the difference!! Would recommend!

I absolutely loved Bio & Me Mango Kefir - it is so handy to keep in the fridge as a go-to snack after work, and knowing it is full of goodness gives peace of mind. I loved how clear the packaging was, and that it explains all the benefits too. I'll defiantly go be getting more!

Bio and Me yoghurt makes my stomach feel full but also clean and non bloated. I use it now every day for my yoghourt bowls in the mornings making me feel ready for the day. It’s also a great price for the amount you get!

Love this granola, found it while trying to reduce my UPF consumption and love how many natural and healthy ingredients it has. The perfect addition to my yoghurt bowls!

I’ve been loving this Bio & Me porridge lately
It’s so easy for busy mornings, tastes genuinely good, and I love that it’s made with seeds and no added sugar. It keeps me full without feeling heavy, and it’s such a comforting way to start the day.

Perfect for slow mornings and rushed ones. Definitely a new staple in my routine.

I’ve tried the porridge pots and the oat bars, as a gluten free girly delicious healthy snacks are hard to come by but these are so perfect!!! 10/10 would recommend x

I loveeee bio & me! Their soft oat bars are the best, I recently used the berry boost bar in a yoghurt bow and it added the perfect chewy texture, not to mention all the plant points! Highly recommend, especially the blueberry protein fibre oat bar

We started buying the super seedy and nutty granola and the whole family are hooked. We're now madly into the vanilla yogs too. The best things is that the kids don't realise how good it is for them because it's so yummy.

Great product but putting 350ml kefir in a 450ml tub is designed to mislead.

I am very happy with all the Bio & Me healthy products that I have tried so far. For breakfast I am enjoying the Fruit & Nut Granola with Greek Yogurt.

Love the kefir drinks ... how about a berry flavour?

An extremely unpleasant experience. As per Simon on the 21st September. I was very much looking forward to healthy wholesome breakfast. I was extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing this again

Purchased a couple of pots of the gluten free nutty porridge, not tried this brand before but these smaller pots of instant porridge are brilliant for me as a lorry driver for a quick and relatively healthy snack/meal. My god I wasn’t expecting the taste, was like putting bleach in my mouth!! Not sure what they put in these but it was the worst chemical flavour and burning sensation I’ve ever had. Only had one mouthful and had to throw this opened pot and the other unused one away. Absolutely disgusting and certainly won’t be buying anything else from them.
