I had such a great experience with BINIBAMBA. The quality of the product is absolutely beautiful – you can really tell that a lot of care goes into the materials and design.

What stood out the most to me, though, was the customer service. I had a bit of a situation with sizing and the return window, and the team was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. They went out of their way to help me, which is honestly quite rare these days.

Even though things didn’t go perfectly on my end, they handled everything with understanding and professionalism. It made me feel really valued as a customer.

I would definitely order from them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

What great customer service I received from Hannah at binibamba. Bought the bundle set for my daughter at Christmas and the mittens stitching had come undone I emailed them with some pictures and I sent the mittens back to them and didn’t even have to pay the postage and I received the new mittens within 3 days! I have never received such amazing service and I will be definitely shopping here again as the quality and style is just top quality

I love Binibamba - it’s one of my favourite brands. The sheepskin liners, gloves, snugglesuits and baby clothes are so gorgeous and chic too! Their customer service is fantastic as well - always so helpful and accommodating.

Really great product, such high quality - I ordered the wriggle mat and it’s so luxurious and gorgeous. Had a small issue that the free tote didn’t arrive with it and Hannah in customer service sorted it out so quickly and sent it so that I had it within days. Great experience shopping with Binibamba!!

Hannah was wonderfully patient with me resolving a bundle order mistake and amending it... I sent a series of frantic emails changing / swapping items in a postpartum frenzy! The customer service is faultless.

The quality of the personalised item (merino wool vest) was unfortunately quite poor especially considering the price. Threads sticking out of the personalisation and wool pieces loose and some patches even falling off. There was certainly no quality control / management of the item. I love the brand on social media and their mission overall, but I am not sure I will purchase again as it seems like they don’t have proper quality control. The Charlie Crane rocker was amazing but I understand this is a collab and the product is not made by Binibamba.

I have ordered a number of products from Binibamba and they are beautiful. I have also been in contact with customer service before and they are so helpful. It really does feel like you’re working with a small business that really cares about their customers.

I dealt with Hannah from customer services after an issue arose with one of my binibamba purchases. She provided excellent customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase from Binibamba! I purchased the moon puffmuff alongside the cloud booties and the cloud snuggle suit.
The quality is immediately obvious—the sheepskin is unbelievably luxurious, thick, dense, and soft to the touch.
After a brief concern about shipping, the parcel arrived today as a complete and wonderful surprise. Fantastic, premium product that is absolutely worth the investment! Highly recommend.

The incredible Hannah, from Customer Service not only rectified MY error regarding a pre-order item but she went out of her way to ensure my order arrived in time before my travels. This is what sets businesses apart. Quickly handled and quickly resolved. I cannot rate the service or products more favourably. A very happy customer.

These Binibama items have such a luxurious feel! I treat my baby (and myself!) to something new every so often! We have the snuggler, puff muff, and buggy gloves! Brilliant for Irish weathee and I know I'll pull them out year after year!

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour as part of a bundle. Customer support were beyond helpful to exchange the colour for me and make sure I still got it for the bundle price. The quality of the products is the absolute best, my daughter loves being all cosy in her puffmuff.
