Wanted to return the item under the 'right of withdrawal', they sent me the return address, and that's it. That is when the customer support ended, no communication afterwards. Had to send the item back with my own money, they did not communicate with me at all, and after a month they simply returned my item under the 'unknown shipment' reason. Advise caution when dealing with them

Dont know if my order is shipped and they dont respond to emails

Bought thor obd reader, died 2 weeks after that. They sent a replacement which also died 2 weeks later in a different car. Both had roughly the same components burnt up inside. They refused to send another one or issue a refund stating my car is at fault. Meanwhile dcan cable is working just fine with both of the cars. Badly designed product is what I believe to be the fault because they failed when it was a little cold outside.

I ordered a MHD tuning adapter which i did not need anymore when arrived so i wished to return it. Unfortunately no one answered to my messages, so I did not want to risk sending it back knowing I get no answer.
Very poor communication.

I orderede a WiFi mhd and they send me a pregnant test !? there seemed to be a fail with the distrubent and they contacted me after a few days and everything is fine again.

The website is absolutely legit. I was skeptical at first. I did not get any information for 1 day. I became impatient and I sent them emails and messages in FaceBook. They did not reply

Eventually on the next day I got all relevant sipping emails and the product was delivered on the day after.

I would say, do not hesitate to order from this website

I ordered an MHD universal adapter in 2022.12.19. I paid, I received the invoice, but since then I have not received a tracking number, they do not answer my e-mails, they do not answer the phone. They stole the money, that's all.

I ordered a ENET cable and received a K+DCAN cable which is useless to me. These fuckheads can’t send a proper product or even answer an email. Also you need to pay for shipping if you receive a wrong product…

Placed an order here in August 2021. (MHD Wifi Adapter). Right now it is almost October. Never got a tracking number and never received the product. They also don't respond to emails, and I also haven't received my payment back. It's all a big scam. Don't buy here.

Order a module on the 24th june and paid for dhl express. Today is monday 29th and i still didn’t got my tracking number . What i got is only one email saying we are sorry but we don’t have an idea why dhl didn’t pick it up . No efford done to try to send asap or any refund was done. Disaster comunication and bad service at all.

I ordered in june/July 2019, and still don't have the packed.

The dilevery company they use, don't contact me when the order is in my country, and ready to pick up.
So the order was returned to bimmerconnect.com
But they don't contact me afterwards, to arrange a new delivery. And don't answer emails.

So in other words.. don't use this company.. they do not respond.. and they will keep your money..
