I want to suggest about packing: individual packing of shocks not sealed, due to this package opened during handling in transit, here the screws may lost but that not happened in my case.

Poor quality/Poor customer service
Poor quality, shocks failed w/in 3000 miles. Customer service denied our claim because we told them we went to Joshua Tree National Park and drove on one of their old dirt road. They said off-roading is excluded and "abuse" of the product. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

Incorrect Item Sent. Ordered B12 - B8 being sent
Incorrect Item sent and price is 80% CHEAPER.
I have ordered Bilstein B12 Pro Kit however i received BILSTEIN B8. The price of the item i ordered is 80% HIGHER than the items that i have received.
Until today there is no solution if i should return the items and get refund. Or return the items and get the correct replacement.

Unfortunately the customer doesn’t understand what he has ordered :(
A B12 kit is 4 x Bilstein B8 shocks and Eibach lowering springs. We have told the customer this is correct.
We are working with the customer to resolve the problem.

I was able to get my shocks from them when no one else had them available. 6 months of searching with no luck but these guys had been it. Price was a bit over the others but at least they had availability.

Quick delivery, great price and quality
Ordered on Sunday and had them in my hands by Tuesday. They were a fraction of the price the dealer wanted and similiar to aftermarket prices even though these are OE.

Billstein shocks C4 Grand Picasso
Ordered shocks for citroen C4 grand picasso 2016 had them delivered from Germany as non in stock locally. Time taken to deliver was approximately 2 weeks. I had freebie of billstein tshirts with my order but was never delivered.

I cannot fault the service I received I had struggled to find a replacement spring from other distributors. I had almost resided to the fact i may have to purchase a complete new lowering kit, until I rang here, not only did they find the correct replacement parts i needed they we posted to me straight away and i received them the very next morning. I have saved this company's details as i will definitely be in contact if I need any more replacements!
