Billshark does what it says it will. They will save you money, but with a caveat. Your payment to them will be 30% of those savings. Which isn't necessarily bad. However, they will base some of those savings over a 24 month period. For instance... They saved me $10 a month on my cell phone. I plan on switching companies once our phones were paid off in October. But I was charged $72 for the savings. So it works, just not as well for me.

I wasn't sure what to expect but once they had my info a day later I received savings on my cable bill. If I had other bills that were as high as that one. I sure would use them again. Edited to add: ummm just got the bill. They charge you what they save you. So you may as well just pay it to the original company. I could understand may half or a quarter of what they save you but not the whole thing. And based off my new bill they lied about how much they saved me in the first place. Maybe its worth it when you have more than one bill but for now. Not too much

I’ve been using billshark for a few years now. Just added another bill and once again they have done incredible! They lowered my bill for the next 2 years and I am always amazed. Not having to deal with the stress of calling, especially during the pandemic which has made customer service at these utility companies so much harder, has been a blessing! I highly recommend them

Always consistent and customer service is by far the best! They’re on top of my bills before I am and know when the Sirius XM bill is going back up. These guys are dishonest scam artists. The screwed up both my Comcast and my Sirius accounts, claimed savings I never saw, then charged my credit card. Save the headache and hassle and just make a retention call to your provider yourself!
