I wasn’t sure about the services but glad i reached out! Once I reached out to support and got my bills assigned, the process was fast. Neil reached out via phone and text to keep me in the loop of the negotiation process and was able to get me some credit back on my account!
It saved me time on not having to do the negotiations myself, way to go!

Been using the service for years

Been using the service for years to save on my Optimum, Sirius XM and T-Mobile bills. It saves money and time. Some years the saving are huge and other years there is no savings at all. But happy with the service and will continue to use it.

I had a great experience with Billshark! Ashly was able to save me $696 on my T-Mobile bill. The process was so simple and I just had to answer some questions over text messages as to what services I wanted to keep, get rid of, etc. They even got rid of a line that I hadn't used in over a year. I have been overpaying for years but didn't want to bother with trying to lower my bill on my own. I ended up with a plan that better suits both my needs and my wallet. Would highly recommend this service to people who want to save money on their bills but don't feel comfortable negotiating on their own.

Very pleased with the negotiation made on my behalf with my cell phone company. Everything was explained very well, and the agent explained what changes would be made. Such as asking if I used my hotspot, bc she could get me into a better plan if I didn’t. She was able to negotiate monthly savings for me. Thank you!!

They make it easy to save money. In my case, they reduced my bill again because the previous negotiation was only good for a year and my Internet provider bumped my speed up to the maximum. So for the same as I have been paying, I get better performance, although quite honestly, I don’t need it.

In this case, your account already had a $110 discount in place through November 2026, which significantly limited additional savings opportunities. That’s actually a strong position to be in and reflects that your services are already priced competitively.

Even with those limitations, we were still able to secure an additional $10 per month for 12 months. We always pursue every available option, and sometimes the best outcome is confirming you’re already receiving one of the lowest rates available.
