Great place to find professional UGC creators!

Billo makes it so easy to get answers to your questions and to be able to talk directly to the brands right on the app. Also, their customer service help is incredible. Whenever I have a problem I reach out and someone always gets back to me right away.

They are a scam. They do not help you get the creatives as you want. If you want the flexibility to edit and have your creative edited, then BILLO is not the place. Stay away - terrible customer service

I have been a Premium Creator with Billo for over 2 years and absolutely love working with them. The platform is easy to use and just keeps getting better! Whenever I’ve had an issue they’ve always taken great care of me and everyone I’ve dealt with has been amazing!
They also have a lot of jobs to apply to, so it is very possible to be a Creator full time.
My only request is to increase the pay per video. Inflation has had a sharp rise over the last two years, so an increase could help retain the great Creators.

I have been working with Billo for 5+ years! Their customer care is AMAZING and the content we have received has been fantastic over the years. I would highly recommend it.

Billo has a ton of video projects posted, and organized by categories. Once you get awarded the project, things move fast, from script approval to feedback on the video, easy changes if any, and done. Plus payment comes quick!

Our experience with Billo has been amazing! Here's why:
1. Extensive list of creators to choose from
2. Turnaround time of the videos has been 24-48 hours which is amazing
3. Billo customer service is top notch - very flexible, understanding and willing to help with any request.

I read some negative reviews which honestly, I do not understand. Billo has no control over the performance of your ad, the brand owner needs to select the right brief and creator and execute in social.

When you type in the brief - be specific with the VO and how you want to creator to film.

Lots of creators to choose from. Once a creator was chosen and the product was received, the video was made quickly and the result was great

If you buy a package, your funds expire, no extensions allowed with out them scamming you for your own money. Since when does money expire? Greedy and unethical company.

The work we got from Billo was always mediocre and none of the couple thousand we spent with them ever actually did well.

There is no actual customer support and it's just copy and paste responses. There is so many UGC companies to work with. Billo doesn't deserve to be in business.
