Documents from Norway to Spain delivered on 24 hours. Fantastic!

Excellent. Seamless.

My items arrived partly broken, partly stolen and someone have put other people's items into my boxes. Billigpakke are not taking any resposibility for the situation and I feel treated extremely poorly after months on the phone with them. Do not use this service they are completely unreliable!!

Picked up fast and delivered fast. The guy even drove to my work place when I wasn’t at home, on two separate occasions!

Late shipping from USA to Norway. Pacages were not picked up at agreed time, no information from Billigpakke about the delay before I asked for status, apparently no measures to speed up the delivery to make up some of the delay. Ok price, lot to be done when it comes to information and efforts for make customer happy. Excellent service from driver who made final delivery.

Positive: Informative web pages, fairly quick response on email and chat. Reasonable and competitive prices. Packages were picked up at the agreed date and time.

Not so positive: Shipping took twice as long as indicated by Billigpakke, and some of the boxes had been severely abused resulting in broken content. Some of the packages looked like they had been delivered by Ace Ventura, ref. the first 10 minutes of the first movie - the boxes were half way ripped open and had obviously been thrown around and dropped from several meters up. These were brand new, solid cardboard boxes that I reinforced with strong packaging tape. I suppose this cannot be blamed directly on Billigpakke, but on UPS who got the assignment from Billigpakke. I still received several broken things and they came a week after I was supposed to get them, hence the 3 star score.

That said, I would still use Billigpakke again as the overall experience was ok. Just make sure to properly wrap everything that can break to withstand an earthquake and a drop from Mt. Everest.

Overpromise and underdeliver seems to be the way for this company.

Set up door-to-door transport of household goods from Norway to the US on their webpage including pick up appointment. Paid by credit card.

Pick up day arrives and the pallet is packed up and ready in our driveway. Took the day off of work to meet the driver. Nobody shows up. Finally get ahold of someone who says they are waiting for bids from their subcontractors because the ones they already had received were too high. I explain they have already agreed on price and pick up date and want them to show up. They promise to call back in the afternoon. Late afternoon there is still no callback so I call. Same story, blaming subs, promise to call back.

This goes on back and forth for a couple of weeks. Finally get someone in Denmark who seems to know what they are doing and goods are picked up.

However, customs handling and the transport from the airport to our house in the US (100 km each way) was now not included. So our goods are sitting in a warehouse and I have to do the customs and the transport the last 100 km myself.

I have requested a partial refund but billigpakke is of course not replying to any of my requests. I think this is the company policy; stall until customer doesn't bother any more.

The biggest problem I see with this company is that if they would just be open and honest about their business model (brokering transport after requests) and they would communicate with their customer about what services they can an can not supply then I would be willing to cut them some slack. But they try to come across as a reliable transport company and they just don't deliver.

It's ok, cheap. That good. But no one informed me at all when my packages got hold up in the airport. Pluss really bad tlf service. Got sendt back and forward between people who talked way to low for me to hear them. Something that cud have taken 5 minutes, ended up in 25 minutes. I got my stuff, and it was cheap. But that's also the only positive thing.

Zero complaints. Works as promised.

Effective service, every went as planned, and UPS came as scheduled to pick up the boxes from my apartment. Good price also. The only delay was in the U.S. due to U.S. customs, but understandable, and nothing to do with Billigpakke. I would use them again and highly recommend to others.
