I've been buying from BTD for many years and have always been happy with the price, selection and service. They are consistently great.

I ordered two tires but only one tube … after reading my final order i contacted you. I immediately got a personal reply and the tube was added to the order and the order was shipped. This is just old fashion customer service … not AI, thank God, just humanity in a business. The way it was when I grew up in the 1960’s.

The product I was looking for was available at a competitive price. The reviews are very important to me as they are relevant because they are fellow cyclists. These gloves are light weight while offering an ample amount of padding in the right locations for my road cycling. I have taken a 3 hour ride with temperature 55-62 F and I was comfortable. I don't think I would wear these gloves below 45F because they do breath pretty well while still offering some resistance to the colder temperatures while riding.

Having been a long time customer of BTD, they're always spot on with prices, purchase process and shipping. Only have had to do a few returns over the years and they make the process simple. Will continue to be a patron.
