I was sold a defective tire and when reaching out for support, I kept getting the run around. The "troubleshooting" of the problem was as if I didn't know what i was doing. I ended up buying 2 new tires from a different vendor and had absolutely no problems with the 2 new flawless tires. Will never buy from you again more so because of the way I was treated when reaching out for support and the lack of resolution.

**Edit: I purchased the tires on 10/1/25 after having a flat. Reached out to customer service on 10/26/25 after having gone through several tubes thinking I might've overlooked something during installation. I had already gone several weeks without being able to ride and it was faster to just purchase new tires from a reliable source instead of waiting for a resolution from this company whether I needed to start a return or a warranty claim.

Always have the product I'm looking for and great prices. What could be better, notta!!
