The process was very easy
The process was very easy, even allowing for a great bike store, Calumet Bikes, in Gary, IN. The website links to videos explaining the process as well as easy scheduling and pricing information. The bike that I shipped in New York was picked up on time and delivered on time for a reasonable cost. I’ve already recommended it to several people and would definitely use them again.

Shipping my bike for the first time. Bike Fights made it simple and easy. I went to several different shipping companies websites to get costs and instructions on shipping my Salsa Warroad. I couldn’t find any help on their websites. I stumbled upon Bike Flights and everything I was looking for was right there. I will be using this service again for sure.

Always reliable! I ship bike shop to bike shop so have avoided the “how do I pack it” issues. My shops know how to limit the potential for damage during shipment. But your shipppers are reliable!

Everything went according to plan
Everyone with whom I spoke was very professional and patient with all of questions and concerns. They were thorough in their descriptions of what was needed and what I could and could not ship. All of my stuff made it through Customs without a hitch and even arrived a couple of days early.
