I was disappointed with my experience using BikeFlights. The shipping cost was much higher than I expected, especially considering the level of service provided. One of the main reasons I chose BikeFlights was the ability to schedule pickup and delivery around my travel plans. Unfortunately, the delivery did not occur on the day I selected, which created unnecessary inconvenience and stress.

Based on my experience, I would recommend contacting UPS or FedEx directly to arrange shipping and schedule pickup and delivery. You may be able to get similar service while maintaining better control over the timing and expectations.

While the concept is appealing, the higher cost and failure to meet the scheduled delivery date make it difficult for me to recommend BikeFlights.

It is always convenient and cost effective to use Bikeflights.

I can't tell you how easy it was and cost effective. Door to door for less than any other carrier. I was kept in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend your service to anyone who needs to ship a bike.

I had an excellent experience with Bikeflights. My bike shipment arrived on time in both directions, and everything was handled exactly as promised. The bike arrived with no damage whatsoever, which gave me great peace of mind during travel. As an added bonus, both shipments actually arrived earlier than expected.

I even made a small mistake on the shipping label, and they were able to fix it so I could reprint and ship.

The entire process was easy, reliable, and stress-free. I highly recommend Bikeflights. I will definitely use them again for future trips.

Bikeflights makes it both easy to ship my bike but also provides great rates. I have gotten about half the price quoted by the local UPS store using Bikeflights.
Unless you're getting a big discount there is no reason to not at least check the pricing with Bikeflights.

Excellent shipping experience

I left a review before stating how many bikes I've shipped and how expensive you guys got. But for some reason, the past couple of times I've shipped, it's gave me a discount which is pretty much the original prices that I used to pay. I'm really big in the bike game and well, known and have followers on Instagram TikTok and my Facebook is fully capacitated with friends because of the bike world. I always tell people I use bike flights. I want to continue to use bike flights. If the prices are right, a lot of people will not sell bikes online. No more or bike parts due to the cost of shipping, but I want to continue my legacy and ship through bike flights like I have been for the past 15 years. Thanks again, bike flights.

It’s much cheaper than any other method and takes the same amount of time. It went by UPS at as significantly lower price.

Way less cost and fast shipping with great tracking can't ask for more

Fast easy website and significantly less expensive than using UPS or FEDEX directly.

Was informed that I owed $127 more than my purchased shipping label due to the carrier's automated scanning indicated a 1-inch difference in shipment box depth and width. I used a bike store recommended on your website who provided the box dimensions to me used to purchase your label. I suggest you advise your recommended bike stores and/or that your company advise your shipping label purchasers to double check and take pictures of the measurements. I could not dispute the oversize measurements as I had no pictures and was not aware of the sensitivity of small measurement changes to total shipping costs until this unfortunate error. Thank you for your time.

The shipping was awesome and the price was great compared to shipping directly through FedX, UPS or similar. Package arrived a couple days earlier than expected, undamaged!! Unfortunately, 3rd party carrier disputed package dimensions and wanted to charge an extra $70. I sent pics clearly showing package dimensions as originally stated and bike shipping said they’d cover the overage. That makes no sense!!!

Jacked up price saying the box was too big. Despite sending pictures of measurements per their request of their standards that show the measurements were LESS than what I paid for. They tried to make me pay an extra $90, and after they saw the pics tried to settle and offered to pay 1/2.
