It took 3 years to settle my claim, I am to blame for some of that. I have given 5 stars simply for Michele Williams. She couldn’t have been more helpful, professional or patient. An absolute ambassador for her company. She walked me through every part of my first ever claim and I can say, hand on heart, she was entirely honest and caring throughout the process from when she took over.

Since Mrs/miss Justine Wilson has took on my case I have felt nothing but ,looked after, respected and felt a huge confidence in her actions abilities and placed my complete trust in her and bike assist for the duration of this long winded process .
She has been constant in her duties and made me feel confident in her actions .

Third party had accepted full liability but their insurer refused to cover unrecovered losses over an above the valuation, in spite of photos and receipts. Those were for extras.and accessories which had been added to the bike; Dylan Kadima of Bike Assist Legal pursued the claim to the point of refering the matter to court, when 3rd party insurer finally paid up.

It was the intervention of solicitor Shabeena Fazal, of bikeassist who made the experience great for me. Prior to this solicitor being involved with my accident claim there was a lack of forthcoming information. But this solicitor would always provide answers to my requests for information and updates. It was excellent working with her and I had a very successful outcome. This review pertains to the period 19/02/25 thru 06/08/25.

I had an accident and the bike assist team handled it for me. I had a serious bike vs car RTC. My injuries were severe and life changing. The Bike Assist team have been incredible, from assisting with getting the right rehabilitation to representing my case. I have been going through a liability claim with a third part company for 18 months now and it has been the most stressful time.
