This company is a scam. Was trying to buy a mirror and scammed into a membership with this company. When asked for a refund and cancelled membership got an email that read as following "
To proceed with the refund, as we're making an exception to our standard policy, we kindly ask for your support by sharing your feedback on our Trustpilot page. Please ensure your rating falls within the range of 4 to 5 stars. You can always mention my name and rate my services.
Important: In your review, we kindly ask that you avoid using terms like "refund" or "membership cancellation," as these can be confusing for other customers.
Instead, we would greatly appreciate it if you could write one of the following sentences: "good service," "good company," "thank you," "good experience," "good customer support," etc."

I was for some reason charged by this website and I have never been here before. I asked for a refund and they said that my money will be returned after 7-10 business days but we'll see about that.

Scam site
This company claims I signed up with them and they took money from my account. No idea how they got my details, I've never owned a bike ! At the same time I was scammed by a company called lovehiking.com Both used the same customer service approach, identical wording, very politely blaming the customer for not understanding. If this happens to you you need to cancel your bank card for online purchases immediately. They may be running other scam companies. I just tried to write a review for lovehiking.com and their page on Trustpilot has disappeared since yesterday, as has their website.
