honestly i don’t know this company . i just want a full refund and cancel my subscription, and that would be wonderful.

no comment on this matter but customer service are very responsive

They have been debiting my bank account and claim that I signed up for a membership that I DID NOT do or give consent to.
I have been trying to cancel for days, I keep getting the same automated email and when I try speak to their agents I am told my subscription is cancelled but they are still debiting me!!!
They send a cancellation email and state my subscription is cancelled and then when I tell them I want my data removed they say I must send another mail, which I have done, repeatedly. I still have not received any further acknowledgement from them that my information has been removed.
The email says the company is in CYPRUS but here it says UNITED STATES?????
