Consequently, we receive a very high volume of orders during the summer, which is why we have had to extend our shipping times for the time being.

* Don't actually read their emails
My package was lost by GLS, despite GLS admitting this, Bike24 kept saying they were waiting for GLS to return the package to them. I kept pleading for them to listen to GLS and just send me a replacement package. I got a very belittling email back saying I needed to wait for them to get to my return order. Then they proceeded to forget about my order entirely for a month.
After me contacting them again they finally realised the package was lost, but still refused to send me a replacement package. They also took back their earlier offer of sending me €20 for having to wait for over a month (2 months in the end). Just completely incompetent or wilfully horrible customer service.

In fact, GLS only informed us relatively late that the parcel had been lost. Please accept my apologies for the misunderstandings and delay.
We offered you €20 compensation on the condition that you accepted a replacement order. However, as you declined the replacement delivery, we refunded you the full purchase amount. Unfortunately, you also declined the €50 voucher we offered. If you would like to reconsider, please send us a polite and factual email.

Not a good experience at all. On your webesite you stated a delivering time of 2-4 Business-days. Maybe dont lie? I bought a garmin forerunner 970. I have been waiting for 6 Business days and my package status still hasnt changed and my package hasnt even been send.

I received the goods quickly, I had to return one item and the process was easy and smooth. To be honest I got slightly irritated because I expected to receive some sort of acknowledgment from them when I initiated the return process (which did not happened) but at the end of the day I received my refund relatively quickly and cannot really complain. I will use them again

Fast and reliable offering top make bikes at highly competitive prices. I initially ordered a bike and changed my mind soon after by selecting an evolution version. The sales team was super helpful cancelling the initial order and taking the new order. My bike arrived within 5 days shipped to Switzerland and all went smoothly.
