Bought a beautiful ring from this website.
Unfortunately the stone fell within days and had to return.
Be aware they don't have customer services chat or a telephone number to contact.
To be fair they were really helpful through the emails, sent me a return label and a refund within days.

Terrible Customer service
I bought an item but it broke due to being of poor quality. I tried returning it by emailing them to no response. I then opened a ticket with them to no response. Only once I filed a chargeback request with my debit card company did they finally email me. Avoid!!

Had a good breakfast there today was lovely, staff amazing but the slate plates were not really suitable for our food eggs and beans fell off the edge. Really need proper plates for certain items on the menu.

Did not reply to email re item. Shipping and Return policy (have to pay for shipping and return). Shop around more I’m sure you can find the same product for cheaper and with free delivery. I should have. Now the £49 ring I bought that I’m not keeping has cost me over £10! I do hope they process my return and refund promptly!

Beautiful Bracelet Great Service
Was looking for a Wedding Anniversary Gift for my wife. Found a beautiful bracelet on their website and went through the easy process of ordering. I requested could it arrive before a certain date and it arrived on the day of our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you for that it made my wife's day to receive such a beautiful gift. I would definitely recommend them and I hope to use them again in the not so distant future

The earrings were beautiful and well made. They came in a beautiful box with a lovely gift bag. They were a graduation gift for my daughter so she will love them. We both miss the Bijou jewellery stand that used to be in our Mall.

I bought gorgeous jewellery for a special person's wedding (becoming a family member) turns out they were not a nice person at all so no longer becoming family. I returned jewellery and the service was brilliant and they were so kind and thoughtful. I have another wedding in Sept and I will be purchasing from here again because the jewellery is absolutely stunning. Highly highly recommend this company xx
