Amazing atmosphere, great severs and overall amazing experience. We even got given a free drink as they made one extra and they were as nice to give it to us.

I bought a mug, which was securely packaged in a pretty box. When I unwrapped it at home, there was unfortunately a crack in the glaze. I emailed the shop and the owner was very helpful and sent a replacement in the post. Very friendly and helpful service, and a beautiful shop. Thank you

Wanted to buy two engraved necklaces but apparent good preview on website seemed not to work.
Sent polite email to them asking if they would comment and confirm my engraving (quoted) would fit. Full details given.
No reply. Seemingly not interested. So went out and bought elsewhere.
And having seen other negative reviews.... happy we did.
EDIT- they have just replied. Say my email went into Spam folder. If that's the case, all polite customer emails will do likewise.

Will not be using this company again first time and last ordered a bracelet I ask if it would get here for Christmas there said yes this was on the 13th December all I got from royal mail was there expecting it contacted bijou said the royal mail bag was missing said they didn't have another so they gave me a refund yet if you go on there website you can still order it that address is a common virtual office/mail forwarding service so the actual jewelry seller might operate from anywhere,

Bijou is great! Alex has been great! Joined in with a dance! Brought drinks over regularly and was a great waitress!! Would defo recommend coming here great atmosphere, great food.

It's a shame to see some of these terrible reviews thankfully my transaction was smooth! Ordered a 9ct gold four leaf clover at a great sale price and it was delivered the next day.

Bought from this website many, many times and will do again!! The jewellery is always true to size and looks identical to the images, and always arrives on time. I emailed regarding a necklace and was responded to within the next couple of hours. I’m shocked by the bad reviews considering the amount of perfect experiences I’ve had when purchasing from this website. Would 101% reccommend!

Do not use this company took my money and never received the order said item had been dispatched over a week ago you can’t even contact them phone Number is non-existent and I have emailed them four times now no response asking where is my item? You took my money and never sent the goods.

After they read this comment one of their reps email me and told me there was a communication problem with their engraver. He apparently emailed me but I checked all through my emails even my spam and didn’t have any emails from them. I asked for a refund and I received my refund five days later.

I bought some large hoop earrings as a gift for my girlfriend on the basis that they were sterling silver as advertised because she is allergic to metals other than sterling silver.

The tracking information seemed a bit off so I emailed customer service and received a response saying that delivery was to be expected. (In all fairness the delivery did come within the time frame I anticipated).

However, upon arrival I couldn't find the 925 stamp used to verify all sterling silver jewellry. My girlfriend tried on the earrings and they caused a severe allergic reaction which resulted in her ears bleeding. I emailed that same email address to ask where I can find the 925 stamp and haven't received a response for weeks.

I purchased the double heart T-bar necklace. After only wearing a few times both hearts lost the surface shine, possibly due to both hearts unavoidably rubbing together, making the hearts look dull and shabby! Clearly a design fault. Bijou will take no resbonsibility for this. When I returned the necklace after 3 weeks they offered to sell it for scrap! I asked them to return it to me which they did, wrapping one heart so that it did not rub on the other in transit! Buyer beware this item is not fit for purpose and customer services are very difficult to contact - no phone number!

I ordered a gift to be sent to a different address, I was informed by email confirming my order and also when it was being delivered and. also when it had been delivered. I am ordering another item from this company for Christmas present.

High quality pendant and chain. Personalised engraving makes it special and it was nicely engraved. Very prompt dispatch and fast delivery. Would highly recommend

Having bought from Bijou before decided to buy another bracelet for my wifes birthday. Finding a Bracelet was easy as the site is easy to navigate. Check out was easy as well. I did leave buying the bracelet a bit late so emailed them and they said it would arrive the day before i needed it. When the Bracelet it arrived it was absolutely beautiful and my wife loved it. Quality was very high as per normal. Would definitely recommend Bijou
