probiotics at a great price & delivered quickly
I ordered some probiotics at a great price. I expected they would either arrive over the weekend or next week, at the earliest. I was thrilled when I received a notification from Royal Mail that they would arrive today. Less than 48 hours after making my purchase the items were delivered.

Very disappointed .
I paid for two bottles of magnesium Glycinate and only received one ! I feel cheated !
I tried calling them but in vain .I emailed and no response whatsoever.
I have always used Iherb and never had an issue .
Will never use bigvits again .
Poor customer service and unfortunately I can’t trust them again .

ordered with the wrong delivery address…
ordered with the wrong delivery address by mistake. This can happen sometimes when a previous address is kept on the system. I requested a cancellation so I could re-order to the correct delivery address. Seller deliberately refused cancellation and shipped anyway. There is no chance this was accidental, as I made an immediate cancellation request at the weekend, and the seller decided to ignore his and ship on Monday. A request to cancel & re-order with an alternative delivery address is a reasonable one, and the decision to refuse this and ship anyway to the wrong address is nothing but poor customer service. How to improve? Be more responsive to customer requests especially when they are entirely reasonable!

Terrible time from order to delivery
I ordered some vitamins May 15th for delivery in Ireland. I received the order today June 11th
Had to query order / delivery a number of days after expected delivery time and then was offered refund.
I chose to continue with order and it took another 2 weeks to be delivered.
I was not informed of any delay to delivery - I had to pursue BigVits for an update each time.

Another big pharma
Do I really care about delivery times, when the product it self has very poor quality? Of course not. it’s a lesson learned. Always read ingredients before you buy! Why supplements have to have so many nasties inside them? For our own good health? Normally I buy my supplements from one British company, which never use any chemicals, however the specific supplement I was looking for they don’t have, so I ended up buying some supplements from here.
And I can’t even return the bottles because they have already been opened.

Outstanding service
I tried Bigvits as their prices for the multivitamins were very good. I ordered and they arrived the very next day, and I didn't pay extra for this as postage was free due to the amount spent. Not only that I had regular emails on the status of my Royal mail delivery. That is exceptional service. I shall certainly be using them again. 11/10
