2 Tshirts same brand same size - measured 3 inches different
Pack of 3 Underwear items all different sizes - Customer service horrendous. Sent images - This was rejected - told to send back if not accepted would have to pay for re delivery. Phone number on webiste does not work. Delivery charges high. Shocking service - easier to buy from other competitors who are usually cheaper. Never had such issues from any other clothing provider -

There are very few companies offering clothes for tall slim build.
Big Fish deserves big respect.

I dont usually complain if something I buy online doesnt work out; I just take it on the chin. But since Ive been pressed for a review; here it is!
It was my first (and last!) time ordering from Big Fish. Compared to other online retailers for Big and Tall clothing, the service seemed quite slow, and even slower was the refund! I received the refund yesterday; 14 days after returning the jeans. Even if the jeans took a week to get back (unlikely) that still means it took a whole week for a super simple electronic refund.
But that aside, the actual jeans themselves were awful in design; a complete ‘train wreck’The rise was ridiculously small, and the waist, whilst supposedly 34 inches, felt more like 32! All the dimensions apart from length seemed way out. When I put them on, my wife actually laughed at the waist/rise look.
For me the whole experience other than the actual ordering, was a let down, and I wont be ordering again, because a) I dont now trust the design and sizing, and b)clearly if the product isnt to my satisfaction I know I’ll be waiting 2 weeks for my money back! Not good enough; its 2026, so there’s no need for any of those issues to be part of the online buying experience; disappointing.

Great-quality jeans at a great price bought via eBay. Delivery via DHL was quick, and the item was well-packed. Good communication, too. A first-class company, which I highly recommend.

I’m a very tall gentleman and up till now have had problems trying to find a 38 inch leg until I came across big fish which is now where I get all my trousers and jeans etc very quick to order a very quick delivery. Great customer service highly recommend 10 out of 10.

The dressing gown arrived in a decent time but the when I tried it on it became apparent the sizing of the item was all wrong. I ordered a 4xl and was expecting a terry towelling bathrobe that I would be able to wear after a shower it would be dry me and keep me warm. It should be large enough to wrap me from left to right and provide a bit of privacy. The reality is that the height and the arm length was good but there was not enough material to bring the two sides together! Very disappointing. I checked your size guide and 4xl should have been big enough. I usually use Bad Rhino for my plus sized clothing requirements but they don’t offer a bathrobe which is why I came to you. You let me down. A week later I still haven’t had any communication from you.

I never recieved my parcel, I know it's with DHL but I can't get any reply from them

Sizing is far to big and shirt I bought is not tapered at the waist so looks like a sack. My partner does weight training and has big chest, arms and shoulders not waist. Currently in the process of returning and getting refund think refund process should be free!

Searching online for long leg jeans I came across the Big Fish clothing site. I ordered a pair of 36” inside leg jeans. They were delivered within a couple of days and I was absolutely delighted with the quality and value so much so I ordered a second pair in black. Again delivered in a couple of days.. No more expensive overrated M&S jeans for me. Big Fish from now on.
