Some of the anserws I got were incomplete
They didn't seem to care whether I renewed or not. I asked several times for my quote to be sent(they said they sent it) but in the end I had to do it again myself

We have reviewed our email and live chat records and cannot locate any unanswered messages or correspondence relating to missed quotes. We can see a live chat conversation on 09/01/2026 which was responded to at the time, and the discussion appeared to be resolved during that exchange.
That said, we are sorry if your experience felt frustrating in any way. Quotes can be generated online in under a minute at any time, and we certainly have no intention of making the renewal process difficult or giving the impression that custom is not valued.
If you would like us to look into this further or review anything specific, we would be more than happy to do so if you contact us directly.

3rd year using this company, website is straight forward you get a quote without being harassed via any contact details you are forced to provide and they make it easy to select 'already travelling'. Customer service also very prompt when I have had to use them.
