Animal Rehabilitation support
We purchased these for our shop at the Big Bear Alpine Zoo. The proceeds will go to helping us care for the animals that come through our rehabilitation program. The colors and quality is fantastic and cutomer service was fantastic as well! We are excited to have these in time for our holiday celebration at the zoo.

Disappointed
I bought a big bobble hat in early March and within days it fell apart. I returned it and received a replacement at the end of March but this one has done exactly the same thing. As my son only wears it at football matches in the colder weather, it hasn't been worn often. Much as I like the hats, the quality is very disappointing

Hi Emelle,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have had two hats fall short of expectations, especially given how little use they've had.
This certainly isn’t the standard we aim for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’d love the chance to make this right and to look into the issue further. Please get in touch with our customer service team at enquiries@bigbobblehats.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to resolve this for you quickly.

Best Hats ever. Great fit & quality, ideal for the winter but still wearable in the warmer months when weather conditions demand. The range of designs is superb with a choice for almost anyone. Keep up the good work.

You won’t be disappointed. Absolutely fab!
A female friend mentioned that her partner had bought her a hat from Big Bobble Hats and showed me the website. I have a number of bobble hats and was impressed by the choice, they looked great so I looked through and saw the Rainbow hat and thought, I must have one. The thing I liked was how big the bobble was and loved the colours. So I ordered and it arrived in quick fast time. Absolutely fab. I’m very impressed by the quality, really comfy and by the communication and quality of service. I can’t wait for winter to come. I’m male, have a big head circumference as heads go and it fits perfectly.
