Absolutely delighted with my purchase from Big Bobble Hats. The website was easy to use and I received my Scotland The Brave hat really quickly, the quality is brilliant and it looks gorgeous! Have worn it a couple times for cold water swimming and it is so cosy. The truest test was a hike up Bidean nam Bian in Glencoe on 31st October, with a "feels like" temperature of -10 with howling wind and not once was my head cold. No ice cream forehead either! And did I mention that I looked awesome with my big bobble?! 😁 Have been in touch on social media and had excellent, friendly and fast responses. Will definitely be ordering more from them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bought a bobble hat as a gift, the seller said payment had defiately not gone through but it had and I was charged double! Barbra excused this by technical issues as a problem.
Why don't they upgrade? Don't be caught out like I was. I'm still awaiting a refund
