The initial contact with Big Blu was very quick and informative and their prices are very competative. The installation was good, although due to certain factors it was delayed at little. The internet itself was initially very unstable but now seems to have settled down and considering where I live it is an improvement on my previous supplier. All in all I am very satsfied with the company.
The service received has been fast and excellent. Thanks to Elena for her good work.
