Compré un servidor de Minecraft para jugar entre mis 5 amigos y unos mods. Desde el primer momento el soporte fue espectacular. Abrí un ticket en su Discord y en menos de 5 minutos me atendieron, me guiaron paso a paso para instalar Fabric, subir los mods y configurar todo optimizado. / I bought a Minecraft server to play with my 5 friends and some mods. From the very first moment the support was outstanding. I opened a ticket on their Discord and in less than 5 minutes they helped me, guiding me step by step to install Fabric, upload the mods and set everything up optimized.

The team has amazing service / El equipo tiene un gran servicio

The team has amazing service, and they are pretty attentive when it comes to helping us with our problems. There's still some things they need to fix with their servers, but they will always hear you, and help you with it / El equipo tiene un gran servicio,y son muy atentos cuando necesitamos que nos ayuden con nuestros problemas. Hay aun algunas cosas que deben manejar con sus server, pero siempre te van a escuchar, y ayudarte
