Really nice self storage place
Really nice self storage place. Damon and Kiki were really friendly and really helpful. The units are also very affordable as well, can't go wrong! 😁

Good facility
Good facility. Very clean, secure and reasonably priced. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. Especially damon, he's always smiling and personable.

Unfortunately, shambles
To start with, the staff member on the front desk wasn’t very welcoming.
Sold a dream, told the storage was bigger than it is (this was a telephone call) we explained this to the staff member who offered to “upgrade” but at an extra cost and it means he would have to start again with the application like this was a massive inconvenience. The trolleys you have available for moving the items need urgent attention, many of them have buckled wheels and the larger one struggles to fit down your skinny hallways with limited space to turn and move it. It’s a shambles really and also it’s a shame because when our time is up we will be looking to move to somewhere else that is more accommodating

Crap
The storage has slant in roof so you lose half the height plus I told the guy on phone king size bed, washing machine, 2 desks and 10 large boxes and he gives me a 25ft, I upgraded to 35 but still too small and only other option was to upgrade to 116ft and pay alot more, I had to throw one desk away to get it all in, there was 2 other customers there and they was having a nightmare aswell, you go in and while they are printing off the contract they ask you scan their QR and give them 5 stars before you even start because they know you wouldn't give it if you went on there first.

I don't normally do these but I wanted to because these guys, especially Damon, deserve it.
Damon was very welcoming and accommodating when I went to the store looking for a small space to store some personal items whilst my home is having work done.
I was very silly and gave the wrong date to start using the storage space when I was in and this was no bother at all for Damon to make changes so that I can start using the room on the correct day.
Don't often see such efficient and fuss free service nowadays but these guys absolutely excel at this. Thank you to Damon for all your help. 🤩
