Absolutely fantastic! I am so glad that we went with Big Bear Promo - Callum was so helpful and REALLY responsive. We had an issue with the delivery of our purchase, and he was extremely communicative and kept me informed of all of the updates, as well as looking into and escalating the issue. The bags we had printed are really excellent quality as well, and the colours look amazing. I am so, so pleased.

We used Big Bear for our company mugs. Sam was great to deal with. Very responsive and great quality. We had a tight turnaround window and they were able to meet it. Mugs are high quality and we will use again for any merch we require.

Tyler was a great help arranging our orders. He went above and beyond to help us, was always friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Our water bottles look so good, and we're really excited to receive our teddies. The quality of the print has been wonderful and we look forward to working with Tyler and Big Bear again in the future.

Tyler, was helpful and replied quickly. There is a slight print misalignment but for how quick they came we are very happy with the product and service. Will be using again in the future.

I went to BigBearPromo as they were one of a few suppliers that had a 'mythical' pen that me & my colleagues received from a supplier. The pen is fantastic to write with, has a good weight & a stylus on the tip but came from a supplier so only a few were lucky to get one.
As a individual purchaser (I work for the NHS but am buying these as gifts), I wasn't sure if my order would be accepted, but Liam was very helpful and it was no trouble at all. So I've now got a stash of etched pens on the way to share and mark the end of an era with the team.
