Fantastic from start to finish
From the start of the buying process the sales team to the installation team to the aftercare team did a great job of communicating and helping through the various stages of the process. I was nervous about what was for me due to location an online process. However I needn’t have been as they were absolutely brilliant and we love our new doors. Thankyou very much!

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the aftercare service, and we would like to clarify the full details for transparency:
You first contacted us on 31st March 2025 to report a scratch and a query regarding a screw position.
We immediately raised your concerns with the manufacturer (Real Aluminium) and maintained communication throughout.
Real Aluminium confirmed that the scratch was on the door closer, a replaceable part. They also confirmed that the screw is positioned correctly as part of the door's normal operation and does not affect the lock or performance.
A replacement part was organised and dispatched to you by Real Aluminium.
We emailed you again on 8th April with a full update and confirmation that the part had been sent. No further response was received after this.
We have been in regular contact and took all appropriate steps to resolve the matter, based on the manufacturer's technical advice.
Of course, if you need any further assistance fitting the replacement part, or if you have any other concerns, we are still here, but to state you've had '0 response' is categorically untrue.

Outstanding Service
Had an amazing experience from my bifoldshop. They went above and beyond from the engineers to the office staff to help fix the doors that they hadn’t even installed.
Spent at least over an hour across 2 visits ensuring that the doors were fixed and when I couldn’t tell them who the manufacturers were they sent someone out to help.
Throughly recommend and when I need new doors I won’t be going to anyone else than the bifoldshop!

From start to finish the experience was seamless.
We originally asked for a quote and was given exactly what we asked for and the costs were clear and everything was easy to understand.
When it came to the installation the guys were prompt and just got on with the task in hand. 3 hours later our new bifold doors were installed and the area was left clean.
I will be recommending Bifoldshop to anyone who will listen.

Great aftercare.
We had our bi-fold doors installed just over 3 years ago. Recently, the traffic door started sticking when being opened and closed. I contacted the aftercare team and Cherie quickly helped organise a convenient day for a remedial engineer to come to our house. On the day, Matt helpfully sent me a text with an ETA. He wasn't here very long but managed to resolve the problem with ease. Now the doors might even operate more smoothly than they ever have. I don't often do reviews but they deserve credit where it is due on this occasion.

Very pleased with the Aftercare service I received from the Cheltenham BiFold Shop. The office staff (Cherie in particular) were super helpful and responsive when I first contacted them and kept me informed of the delivery status of my order and their fitting visit. Surojit Sen (22936): we had a fantastic experience ordering from bifoldshop - everything was systematic and seamless, including delivery. The installed door looks great and the mechanism works perfectly. The only thing I am not a big fan of is the vent latch on top of the frame, it looks made of slightly cheaper plastic which somewhat marrs the overall premium aesthetic of the door itself.

The guys were great. they arrived when expected and worked hard to install my fab new patio doors. Minimum disruption and cleaned up after themselves superbly, leaving no trace they were here.
