Ordered some paving slabs
Ordered some paving slabs, and some "steps", however wanted the steps cut into 3 lengthwise, and some bullnose added. They provided quotes on several options, and even allowed my builder (who has a trade account) to call them to allow his discount to be applied to my order.
Order arrived when required and all as expected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.
Our apologies for the delays you encountered with your order and the confusion caused with delivery dates.
From investigating into your order and discussing this with the sales person you placed the order with, we can see that your order placed on 05/10 but then a new order confirmation was sent a day later informing you of a delay in the arrival of the stock to us and you were given a new delivery date of 12/10.
There was then unfortunately a second delay in the arrival of the goods to us from our suppler and a new order confirmation was sent on 08/10 with the new delivery date of 15/10 and then subsequently the date was brought forward by a day to 14/10 when your client called our sales line.
Once again please accept our apologies for the delays in the arrival of the stock through delays in the shipping and processing through customs which was the cause of the delay, our aim is to always update and inform our customers as soon as we are made aware of these.

Great service. Lovely product. I picked up which is a pain but glad I did as I rejected the first two or three steps I was offered as they were slightly damaged. Guys in the yard were super-helpful with loading.

I can't fault this company
This company has always been excellent. Even when I have had problems with the pergola I purchased from them. The staff have always gone well above and beyond to resolve the issues.
