Lena and Savannah were the dream team when it came to renewing my husband's visa.
We thought we had a straightforward application but unfortunate circumstances got in the way and we had to rush to reapply for his passport before submitting the renewal. They kept me calm and reassured us that the renewal application would be fine.
They were extremely professional and very kind and friendly and Savannah was a superstar and always answered my questions promptly and in a way that was easy to understand.
Overall, it was a success and would happily use Breytenbachs again when it comes time for his Indefinite leave to remain, hopefully getting to work with Lena and Savannah again!
