My wife and I relocated to the United Kingdom from South Africa. As a British citizen, my own transition was straightforward; however, my wife, being South African, needed to apply for a Family (Spousal) Visa extension in order to remain in the UK beyond the initial two-and-a-half-year period. Happy with the turnaround time and the visa application was successful. For some documents there was an over reliance on templates, with no adjustment to make it applicable to my situation, but it was updated when brought up.
