They have not delivered my order to me and updated the status that it has been delivered. It is totally insane.

Got a text in the evening saying the parcel will be delivered the next day. It was too late for me to cancel what I was doing to be home. So I missed the delivery.

On the reschedule of the delivery, I waited home the entire day. I got a message saying it will be delivered in 30minutes. 3 hours later I call and they said they have lost the package and cannot find it. So I wasted an entire day of my holiday due to their inability to communicate. I would have preferred they communicated from the beginning so I didn’t need to be locked to the house.

Now I just hope they find the package.

Super bad experience. The retailer said that I can agree on when and where the order should be delivered. In the end they just delievered without asking when (at the most incovenient time) and where (no option to bring the product into the apartmenmt even though the retailer said they BFT can carry it inside)

Quik delivery. ETA was between 11-15. Actual arrival was 10:45 🤩 The delivery man Saad was smiling and very helpfull. The delivery took around 3 minutes total😁

Mohammed K from BFT delivered 3 packages today with a big smile despite the heat. Its was placed carefully after asking where to put it. 5 stars from a happy customer.

I had a bench delivered. First they did not answer when I asked to shift my delivery date. Then on the delivery date they cancelled the delivery. For several days they did not tell my why they cancelled. When they finally redelivered, they came an hour earlier than announced, and I was not home. On the next redelivery, the driver was again an hour early, but did wait and eventually delivered in the promised time slot.

Man could not find where to park so he just disappeared with my dining table which was late already. He called only 5 minutes before coming, not 30min as he should have.

Super god service

I have never had a worse experience before. I have now for the third time waited for a product that was not delivered. I paid for scheduled delivery on a Saturday. They did not show up in the agreed day, and then showed up on a random day on the week that I was not home (even though I told I wouldnt be home, and that is why I paid for scheduled delivery on Saturday).

We agreed on a new saturday and the same happened. I got the sms saying that they were on the way, but then the driver called me and told me that he does not have the package (again)

It is not a company that can be trusted, that is for sure!

Horrible experience, left significant damage to my property. BFT Logistik delivered a table that I had ordered through unoliving.com. The delivery guys who came to my house were unhelpful and even rude. They left huge scratch marks on my floor during the delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups with unoliving, no one has rectified the damage done to my property. The cost of fixing the damage will surely be alot higher than what I paid for the table. If I have the choice, I would avoid BFT
