That was really good experience
That was really good experience. I bought bicycle as a gift for my wife. We were surprised about lot of small nice features included together with bicycle. The only concern we have is quality of the battery. There is joint where I think insulation is too bad and we are afraid to use bicycle during rainy weather. I would like that someone contact me to discuss this.

Very installer friendly
We really liked the product. the order was exactly correct. The installation straight forward. The tensioner design was very nice to work with, as was the corner post hardware. Pretty slick design.

The delivery was on time with 30min pre-notification via SMS and the staff were friendly.
Unfortunately the assembly of the bike was not done 100% properly, there were several screws not tightened correctly. It’s not critical issue but could have been done better.

Bilka made a warehouse sale which had a…
Bilka made a warehouse sale which had a queue of over 60 people. They lied on their ad saying they had a lot of goods but they had a few and the "storage" was very small. Instead of telling the people in the queue that there are no more items, their employees were on the phone and laughing. Myself and others waited 2 hours in minus 5 degrees for nothing. When I complained about it to an employee i was told "bad luck". Terrible customer services!
