Love the catalog. Could spend way more money.

On the last order I mistakenly ordered something I already had, and a quick email was all it took to fix the order (swapped out for another book!) Then, because I pre-ordered a few titles and wanted everything to ship together, right when I was moving, I had to contact them to update my shipping address. Again, easily done. Everything showed up promptly, in perfect condition. I am completely happy and satisfied.

Beyond Words has been my go to shop for specialist photography books for a very long time; there are so many books to choose from that some self control is necessary! The fact that so may are available as signed copies is a nice extra touch. Postage (if applicable) is reasonable and books are well packaged to avoid damage. Customer service is always excellent as well.
