Arrived when said and had no issues. Furniture is great quality

Great service received and although there were delays from the supplier with my order, Peter kept me completely updated at every point. Would definitely use Beyond Home again.

Ordered this a while ago but due to manufacture issues country wide with all garden furniture it took a while to arrive. However, the service from Peter and the customer service team was brilliant, regular updates, responsive, sympathetic to delays.
All arrived and brilliant furniture.

Would buy from them again.

I was a bit nervous ordering something through a Facebook page so emailed the company first. Great communication throughout which really reassured me. The loungeset is absolutely amazing, exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend Beyond Home!

Beyond home had prices much lower than anywhere else for the Sloane Garden dining set. Due to unprecedented demand and shipping restrictions my order was significantly delayed but Peter kept me informed throughout and I knew loads of other companies were facing similar issues.
The furniture arrived this week and is perfect. The delivery men were so helpful in unpacking everything. Hopefully there’s a heatwave come to make the most of this beautiful set!

I ordered a rattan corner suite, due to unforseen circumstances the order was delayed. Peter kept me updated every step of the way. Once in stock the furniture was promptly delivered and it's just perfect. I love it, thankyou!

The furniture is brilliant quality for the money. Everyone has remarked on how comfortable the cushions are and how good it all looks. Peter was fab! He kept me in touch with delivery dates and went out of his way to help in any way he could to get it in time for a family event. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking

Very pleased with my furniture. Long delivery time, due to current situations, but I was kept informed of changes of delivery dates, so knew what to expect.

Good product and good delivery driver and drivers mate, just a shame that it was on hold / delayed by a month!! Since delivery we’ve had too much rain to enjoy the Rattan furniture!!

Ordered a Sloane garden set - best price I could find online (I scoured for a while!)
There was >1 month delay but communication from Beyond was good and macro reasons were fair and reasonable (suez canal blockage etc)
They upgraded the delivery to two man due to the delay which was kind - good service

Great products and service. Peter was always available helping with any questions regarding delivery etc. Was a long wait for our order of Garden furniture. But it was worth the wait. We love The Catalina set.

A very positive experience. Furniture arrived safely, even though we had an unavoidable delay.
It arrived right on time, delivered by competent drivers who offered to unpack. We declined the offer since it was pouring with rain.
A couple of little niggles on unpacking, but have been assured by Beyond Home these will be resolved.

Excellent service was delivered 3 weeks ahead of original advised date, delivery driver was very courteous and helped to offer load. A well made and durable product and easy to erect table.

From start to finish this was a great experience. We were kept up to date regularly and the furniture arrived as promised. The Catalina set is superb. It arrived Ona pallet which looked too small but it was all there. Superb.
