Don't trust them
Opted me into auto-renewal and continuous payment without my consent or knowledge. Instead of being able to cancel this by clicking a button in my account, I was taken round in circles by chatbots which lied about the account setting. l eventually got through to an alleged human agent, who tried to obstruct me with irrelevant questions instead of cancelling. I had to fight back and tell them to send confirmation of cancellation immediately. I hate to think how many people less alert and less assertive get taken advantage of. This unpleasant experience could have been avoided completely and was entirely the fault of the insurer.

Difficult to deal with, when I cancelled within 14 days they still took £40 as a set up fee! Will never use again.
