Replaced my phone eventually
Pretty good, I broke my iPhone X while on holiday and I had it completely replaced with a fully functional refurbished phone within 2 weeks. I wouldn't call it 5 star service as I did have to keep on them every single day in order to make it happen, but that's what insurance companies do - squirm when you try to make a claim.
Overall, I can't fault it too much as they did the job.

Does the company even exist?
Two price comparison websites told me that Better Buy Insurance were offering the best deal for my mobile phone insurance, so I took a policy out online. I got an email with an 'order number' but nothing else. I phoned the number on the email to check everything was ok, but they told me the reference number I had wasn't one of theirs. The operative did a lot of digging and found out that Better Buy was owned by the same people, but in different offices. I suspect if I had to claim I would have even more trouble. This policy may be worthless.
