SHUT THEM DOWN!

SHUT THEM DOWN!
Spent $250 after not finding any negative posts online. Turns out I must have been one of their first customers. They had just launched their website. They claim to have a warehouse in SF and London. Right after I ordered I got an email saying out of stock and it would take a month for delivery. Items eventually arrived in several packages over 2 months. The cashmere jacket was triple knit polyester and the buttons had no button holes. The one leg on the pantsuit was 8” shorter than the other pant leg. The size S was a size L. The white 100% crisp cotton collared shirt was a dirty white acrylic and none of the seams came close to matching up. None of the items had stitched in brand/material tags. All of them had been cut out.
Initially they responded to emails and then just stopped after last package delivery. Every item had a price tag written in Chinese.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
After receiving my full refund having persevered and gone through a very long winded process with PayPal and returning the very shoddy goods to a very shady company, the goods were redelivered back to me as the address given as a return address does not even exist. It just confirms that this is a total scam.

I have to warn others about this company. I just wish I read the reviews before making an order. Not only have I not received my goods but communication via email does not exist. My only hope is that my credit card will refund my mistake. Please! please! do not purchase anything from this company I think it is a scam. I do back ground checks checks and all seemed well. A lesson learnt so please don't make the mistake I did.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company, and I'm kicking myself for falling for it. Bought two jackets at £100 and received incredibly low-quality things. Can barely call them clothes, worse than the cheapest kids costumes.

Requested a return and refund. Was offered some money off instead, but I refused because of the principal of the things. Return the items to China at further expense, and they got to them, but they refused delivery! Now, four months later the items have been returned to me, and the scammers are ghosting me, predictably.

Same scammers have other websites with 'of London' in them, so avoid them all.

Would give a -5 stars if I could.
I bought two pairs of sandals advertised as High quality leather. They were plastic.
They won't return my emails. Ignoring all communication. Misleading you that their products come from London. Meanwhile they are Chinese products coming from China.
Trying to send the products back to refund is an absolute laugh...
How can that company still be trading on line????
Again, another scam, openly stealing from trusting customer.

REPORT TO ACTION FRAUD ASAP!!

EVERYONE PLEASE REPORT THIS ‘BUSINESS’ TO ACTION FRAUD!!! - I have, and the more referrals they get, hopefully something can be done to stop them. I’m glad Trustpilot have put a warning on here now. PayPal were totally unhelpful and useless!
I have previously put a review on about this fraud. They go by many different names. It’s appalling they are still getting away with it. For all we know they may be using slave labour to make the products!

Spent £157 on what can only be described as rubbish! They are pretending to be a British company with their warehouse in China. I paid £20 to return it. Since then NOTHING. I was warned they might not refund me but if I was sending back it had to be sent back to China - scammer alert DO NOT Buy!!!!

I got sucked in too but got my money back!

I got sucked in too, so I did a chargeback with my credit card company and got my money back. It takes time and a bit of effort but don't let these scammers get away with it. This site has been taken down from Facebook and another set up called 'Sage-London'. Exactly the same goods. Beware!!

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks!
Ordered a very nice looking jacket, advertised as leather and suede. It arrived and is plastic and polyester. I requested a refund and their returns policy to be informed that the return was at my own risk and cost quoting upwards of £20 then no guarantees. Sadly I paid by debit card as I don’t think there was an option for PayPal or Apple Pay which are my preferred method. I finally opted for 100% credit stupidly and now there is no credit when I log in. Charlatans¡

AVOID!!!!!!!

AVOID❗️‼️❗️These people are thieving scammers. Had a mare trying to get a refund via PayPal. They told me in order to get a refund I had to return the items at my cost and providing I had proof of postage the address was shown as correct I would get a refund. This was not so. I went round in circles for weeks with PayPal providing all the evidence and showing that the parcel was stuck at customers. PayPal then changed the goalposts and said the parcel had to show as delivered! Problem being that Jones “London’ refused to acknowledge customs to release it from customs despite my multiple messages. PayPal closed my case in their favour!!! I was shocked!!! Had to put in a formal complaint to get this investigated and I eventually got my money back months later!! Do yourselves a favour and avoid like the plague!!!

Do not buy from this company - beware of returns policy / lack of it

I received my order in a timely fashion however it was not suitable. I started the return process promptly and their policy clearly states 14 days and cost is the responsibility of the customer which is fine …. However - one needs to get authorised before returning . Took 4 days to get a response . Then they wanted photos - another 4 days to get response. Then an email came saying was I sure and all the reason - up to £35 to return the order … still no address . I am at 13 days now and still waiting for address to return items. The order was over £100! Trading standards need to investigate this company . Absolutely awful system and actually a non existent returns policy . Company ships from China …

This is a follow up post from me

This is a follow up post from me. I ended up with 3 pairs of plastic slippers when I thought I was buying a single pair of leather orthopedic mules. They were intransigent about any corrections to the order. I contested the payment with my credit card company and won! All money refunded!! I have contacted Kyle Jones about my storage and return postage charges. I have given them 3 days to reply. Avoid this Scam Company at all cost.
