I was a little nervous by reading the negative reviews, but ii must say that this is not true. Yes, it takes a while, but an overseas transfer takes a couple of days. Just be patient. I must admitt, i was'nt because again...the reviews.

I have been contacting Betsomnia customer service a couple of times about this problem, and evertytime they ask the same question; can you send us screenshot of the deposit? And after i send it they always give the same answer; we will send it to the right departement and you will here from us soon.
After almost 3 weeks i did not had an answer to my problem.
They never give you an update, something like; Sorry for the delay, we did not forgot about you, the situation is still in investegation..
No, they just let YOU ask again where your money is.
Also the VIP manager is bullsh*t, i spoke to one and also he/she said to me that he/she wil sort things out for me and let me know by email.
But again, no answer.
So don't deposit your money here, save it for another casino.
